Filling by liquid and pumping of hydrosystem of the amplifier of a wheel

System of a steering it is necessary to fill and delete from it air in case separate elements of hydraulic system were replaced and consequently working liquid merged.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

To clear the filter in a tank with gasoline for washing of details.
To pour new working liquid before «max» marking. It is impossible to apply old liquid more.
To lift the car in front from both parties and at the switched-off engine to turn management several times from an emphasis against the stop.
To add liquid to «max» mark.
To get the engine and to watch thus liquid level: if at engine start level goes down, to put wheels in direct situation and to add liquid until level will constantly not be at «max» mark. Also at a wheel provorachivaniye in a tank there should not be air vials.
After a short trip to check liquid level.

Removal of a steering wheel

Models without a safety cushion

Here removal of a steering wheel at the cars which have not been equipped with a safety cushion is described.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Sharp movement by hands to remove the button of a sound signal in the middle of a steering wheel.
To put a steering wheel in the blocked situation.
To weaken a nut of a steering column a replaceable face head of 24 mm.
To put forward wheels precisely in direct situation so that spokes of a steering wheel were symmetrically.
To remove a nut and a podkladny washer, sharp movement to remove a steering wheel.
At installation of a steering wheel to watch the symmetric provision of its spokes.
To fix the lock of a steering wheel.
To tighten a nut of a steering column the moment of 40 N • m.

For removal of a steering wheel at the models which have not been equipped with a safety cushion, it is necessary to remove the button of a sound signal (1) from lock bolts (3) (carefully, on the right and at the left plastic hooks are located!), to disconnect a wire (2) and to weaken the central nut (shooter).
