The system of minicheck (1) represents own constructive group and is attached behind on the block of a combination of devices (2) three screws with a crosswise shliyets.


The system of self-examination (1) is also simply fastened behind on the block of a combination of devices (2). The board computer is in the same way attached at the corresponding additional equipment.

In our description we adhere to a combination of VDO devices most often established on Audi:

Without assorting the panel of a combination of devices, it is possible to remove the following elements from a reverse side:

  • Indicators (control lamps): filament lamps of indicators in Audi are soldered strong in in the cartridges and they can be got only as a unit. Upon purchase of a spare bulb pay attention to color of the boss: are established 1,1-vattny, 1,2-vattny and 2-ваттная lamps with variously painted cartridges. For removal it is necessary to turn a cartridge on a turn quarter to the left and to extend.
  • Illumination of scales: look "Indicators".
  • Indicator of temperature of air: to turn out two screws with a crosswise shliyets on the indicator block, then two more at the tip.
  • Voltage stabilizer: to unscrew one screw with a crosswise shliyets, to extend knot from its shtekerny connections.
  • Minicheck system (the display block for temperature of cooling liquid, brakes and pressure of oil): to weaken screws with a crosswise shliyets, to extend the group device from shtekerny contacts.
  • Self-examination system: as minicheck system.
  • Board computer: as minicheck system.
  • The adjusting resistor for illumination of scales: to turn out two six-sided nuts, to remove adjusting the resistor.
    After dismantling of a combination of devices (for this purpose to remove the adjusting resistor for illumination of scales and system of minicheck or system of self-examination or the board computer after that to turn out 11 combined six-sided / звездчатых screws or screws with a crosswise shliyets outside on a reverse side of the device) there are available following elements.
  • Speedometer: to turn out four screws with a crosswise shliyets on a reverse side.
  • Hours with the ordinary dial: if necessary to remove the indicator of temperature of cooling liquid (see below) to remove a case part.
  • Tachometer: to turn out three screws on a reverse side of the device.
  • Digital watch: to remove a tachometer. To turn out two small shlitsevy screws on a digital watch and to extend hours forward. Расфиксировать an adjusting pin of a digital watch and carefully to take out.
  • Indicator of amount of fuel or temperature indicator: to turn out on a reverse side on two six-sided nuts. To take out a forward part of the case from fixing hooks.
