Removal of components

Removal of vpryskny nozzles

It is not necessary for many components of system of injection of any additional descriptions on dismantle. Where explanations are necessary, you will read them in the following sections.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

To remove the top part of an inlet collector.
To turn off fixture of vpryskny nozzles.
Flat-nose pliers to extend a nozzle together with a nozzle.
Toplivoprovod remains connected in order that dirt did not get to a nozzle.
At installation it is necessary to moisten with gasoline rubber sealing rings of a nozzle, and also loose leaves to achieve easy installation on a sealing surface.
If the nozzle is put on "nasukhy", there is a danger that the rubber ring will be flattened and there will be no appropriate consolidation. It will be expressed in failures in behavior of the engine because of hit of unrecorded air, for example in rough work in an idling mode.
It is necessary to replace the damaged or cracked sealing rings surely.
To tighten bolts of fastening of nozzles the moment of 10 N • m.

Removal of a sleeve of an air inlet

The thick sleeve between the proof-reader of composition of gas mixture and the case of throttle knot is necessary for removing, at least partially, during various works on repair of system of injection:

PERFORMANCE ORDER

To weaken collars on the proof-reader of composition of gas mixture and the case of throttle knot.
To weaken collars of other hoses of an air line on an air inlet sleeve. From them it is possible to call: a hose to the operating valve of stabilization of frequency of rotation of a shaft of the engine in an idling mode, to the air channel of vpryskny nozzles, etc.
To remove air line hoses.
To remove the valve of system of evaporation of fuel.
To remove an air inlet sleeve.
At installation to insert a grid over the proof-reader of composition of gas mixture camber up. To pay attention to a mark «oben» (top).

Removal of the top part of an inlet collector

At the left: removal of a sleeve of an air inlet. Shooters point to details which should be removed or turned off.

On the right: the hummock drive of "gas" (3) is fixed on the lever of a butterfly valve (5) by means of two fixing brackets (1 and 2). Regulation of a hummock drive of gas is made by means of the adjusting plug of a tip of a cable (4).

PERFORMANCE ORDER

To remove an air inlet sleeve.
To disconnect a cable of a drive of "gas" and to take out it from a countersupport.
To remove the tip of the sensor of angular moving of a butterfly valve.
To remove air line hoses.
To weaken internal flange fixing bolts and to remove an inlet collector.
At installation it is obligatory to use new flange sealing laying.
To tighten flange fixing bolts in two calling to final size of 20 N • m.
