Plug connections

Long time in statistics of malfunctions of General automobile club of Germany (ADAC) the weakened plug connections were noted as one of the most frequent reasons of malfunctions – and almost at all cars.

Now Audi put to it the end in literal sense of this word: practically all shtekerny connections are supplied with additional mechanical protection.

This protection is necessary for overcoming before a tip detachment. Further most often meeting types of protection of tips are listed.

  • Tips of system of injection are protected by a wire bracket which is necessary for wringing out down.
  • Many multicontact tips are supplied on each side with protective clamps on which it is necessary to press before a tip detachment.
  • For example, on the block of a combination of devices the multicontact tips protected by a plug-in bracket are located.
