Check of a mode of idling and analysis of exhaust gases

On an illustration the tip of the valve of stabilization of idling (shooter) is removed to check the valve and conducting to it.

Arrangement of a drive of gas at the engine in capacity of 85 kW; figures designate: 1 and 4 – хомутики; 2–hummock drive of an accelerator; 3–protection of the tip; 5–lock segment of a cover of a hummock drive of an accelerator.

At system of injection of Digifant adjusting works are not required, because this system is being self-trained. It means that the control unit if necessary corrects frequency of rotation in an idling mode. Only in doubtful cases so-called main adjustment is made. It occurs not by means of inhalings of adjusting bolts, and by means of already mentioned device for reading of the store of malfunctions by V. A. G 1551 after at first was interrogated memory of the store. Standard indicators of frequency of rotation or the contents WITH in an idling mode (check conditions: working temperature of the engine, shutdown of all consumers of the electric power and correct installation of the moment of ignition) it:

  • Frequency of rotation in an idling mode: 850 ± 50 rpm.
  • The test for the contents WITH in exhaust gases: 0,6 — 1,0 % (measurement in a measuring tube WITH).

If you received other indicators, it is necessary to check vacuum hoses and the electromagnetic valve of system of evaporation of fuel, to interrogate memory of the store of malfunctions.
