Disk brake mechanism of back wheels

Except for the model in capacity of 66 kW which has not been equipped with ABS, 92 g let out till October, on the back bridge are established disk brake mechanisms instead of the drum-type. It is a question, as well as in a case with brakes of the forward bridge, about disk brake mechanisms with a floating bracket.

In addition to a hydraulic drive through a brake pedal the disk brake mechanism can be served also by a hummock drive of system of the parking brake. The lever on which the corresponding cable is fixed, puts in action a pusher which the brake piston nestles on blocks.

Automatic control

Designs of disk brake mechanisms in the car are always carried out by the self-regulating: with increasing wear of brake shoes the brake piston simply leaves farther a support of the disk brake mechanism, providing with that a dense prileganiye of brake shoes to a brake disk. Owing to filling of the added volume in the cylinder brake liquid education люфта is impossible.

On another it occurs in a mechanical drive of lay brake system: here press the drive pusher at some instant time simply could not get the coming to light piston if there was no adjusting device. It "extends" a pusher as required. The main part of regulation is a carving on which depending on wear of blocks everything further forward wells up a part of a pusher. The press device thus becomes longer. Therefore at replacement of blocks it is impossible to push simply back the brake piston, it turn off back on the adjusting device.
