Indicator of a charge of the storage battery
The indicator of a charge of the storage battery at the working engine should not neither "decay", nor flash. Otherwise it is available malfunction of power supply, see the list of malfunctions in the section Generator. If the red bulb does not light up at ignition inclusion, that, possibly, the incandescence bulb fused, or the cable to the generator is faulty or departed.
