System of locks with the central management

Elements of hoses of system of locks with the central management and their passing

1–locking element of a door of the forward passenger;
2–locking element of a back right door;
3–locking element of a cover of a fuel tank;
4–locking element of a cover of a luggage compartment;

5–pump;
6–locking element of a back left door;
7–locking element of a driver's door;
8–one of vacuum pipelines.


On an illustration are shown a locking element (1) system of locks with the central management in a driver's door with the connecting tip (3) and a delivery and vacuum hose (4). Are besides represented a driving cable of a deblokirovka of doors (2) and the directing tire of a window regulator (5).


The pump (1) system of locks with the central management is located at sedans and versatile persons under the right covering of a luggage carrier or a luggage compartment. On an illustration it is represented removed and lying on the bottom of a luggage compartment, the tip of the wires conducting to locking elements (3), already released from the cover (2) (that contacts opened). The tip of giving of a food to the pump (4) remained established.

All doors, and also trunk lid and a fuel tank can be locked or unlocked by turn of a key of a driver's door, or a door of the forward passenger, or a trunk lid. A basic element of system is the pump given by the electric motor. At key turn in the direction "Openly" the pump creates an elevated pressure because of what various elements of switching deblock the corresponding lock. On the contrary, when locking the lowered pressure is created, and elements of switching block the lock.

 Help: feature of the lock of a trunk lid: in the vertical provision of a key the luggage carrier is always locked – irrespective of system of locks. Thus luggage theft is prevented, for example, at a stop at a traffic light. In horizontal situation the lock of a trunk lid reacts together with all system of locks with the central management.

Check of system of locks with the central management

To unlock, and then to lock doors of the driver, the forward passenger and a trunk lid.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. The system of locks with the central management should be activated in all three doors.
  2. Later about 2 with all locks should be locked.
  3. If the pump works more long 5 with, it means that the system is not tight – in this case the pump should work no more than 35 with, then it should be disconnected.

 Help: if the system of locks with the central management gave failure, it is possible to unlock and lock doors and a trunk lid usually. As it is possible to block door buttons.

Search of malfunctions electricians

If the pump does not work at a turn with a key in a driver's door, neither at doors of the forward passenger, nor in a door of a luggage compartment:

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. To check a safety lock (head Body electrosystem).
  2. To remove a covering in a luggage compartment behind on the right.
  3. To disconnect the multicontact tip from the pump.
  4. To remove a cover of the multicontact tip.
  5. To check a locking element of a driver's door: to connect a control lamp in the tip between contact of a green-dark blue wire and "mass" (case) of a body.
  6. The control lamp should burn constantly if the driver's door is open by a key. In this case opening contact of a locking element as it should be.
  7. If the bulb does not light up, means, opening contact of a driver's door is faulty or the electric chain is interrupted.
  8. Now to switch a control lamp: a wire which went to "weight", it is necessary to throw on the positive plug of the storage battery. Other contact remains in the tip (contact of a green-dark blue wire).
  9. To lock a driver's door a key.
  10. If the control lamp burns now constantly, means, closing contact of a locking element as it should be.
  11. If the lamp does not light up, but wires are whole — it means that the locking element is faulty.
  12. To check a locking element of a door of the forward passenger: to connect a control lamp in the removed tip of the pump between contact of a yellow-dark blue wire and "mass" (case) of a body.
  13. The control lamp should burn constantly if the door of the forward passenger is open by a key. In this case opening contact of a locking element as it should be.
  14. If the lamp does not light up, means, opening contact of a door of the forward passenger is faulty or the electric chain is interrupted.
  15. Now to switch a control lamp: a wire which went to "weight", it is necessary to throw on a positive conclusion of the storage battery. Other contact remains in the tip (contact of a yellow-dark blue wire).
  16. To lock a door of the forward passenger a key.
  17. If the control lamp burns now constantly, means, closing contact of a locking element as it should be.
  18. If the lamp does not light up and wires are whole, it means that the locking element is faulty.
  19. To check a locking element of a trunk lid: to connect a control lamp in the removed tip of the pump between contact of a brown and green wire and a positive conclusion of the accumulator.
  20. The control lamp should burn constantly if the trunk lid is open by a key. In this case opening contact of a locking element as it should be.
  21. If the bulb does not light up, means, opening contact of a trunk lid is faulty or the electric chain is interrupted.
  22. Now to switch a control lamp: a wire which went to contact of a brown and green wire, it is necessary to throw on a brown-white wire. Other contact remains connected to a positive conclusion of the accumulator.
  23. To lock a cover of a luggage compartment a key.
  24. If the control lamp burns constantly while the key is in locking situation, means, closing contact of a locking element as it should be.
  25. If the lamp does not light up and wires are whole, it means that the locking element is faulty.
  26. Pump check: if management of the pump of means of locking elements (see the description in the previous paragraphs) is provided, therefore, a cause of defect is only food giving (through thin black-dark blue and thick red-black wires) or indistinct connection on "weight" (case) (a thick brown wire).
  27. If the rest as it should be, means, the pump is faulty. To replace.

Search of malfunctions of a pneumatic

For check of not tight system of locks with the central management (a sign: too long operation of the pump) it is necessary to check system step by step: arrangement of elements and hoses.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Pump: to compress flat-nose pliers a hose directly near the compressor, thereby having tightly closed it. To open and close one of locks.
  2. If the pump works at inclusion of system of locks with the central management more long 3, at most 7 with, means, the pump is not tight. To replace.
  3. Locking elements of doors and luggage carrier: in turn to clamp all pipelines directly near locking elements. For this purpose to remove the corresponding coverings (head body Elements). Each time to use one of locks.
  4. The pump should not work at a drive of system of locks with the central management more long than 3, at most 7 pages.
  5. After compression of a defective (not tight) tube the pump works normally – that is less than 3 pages. To replace a faulty detail.
